Referral programme terms

• The Groundly referral programme is open to individuals aged 18 or over.
• Referrers may share their personal referral link with friends and family. Self-referrals are not eligible.
• The referred person must be a new Groundly customer and use the referral offer on their first eligible order.
• The referral offer gives the referred customer 10% off their first eligible Groundly order. It cannot be combined with another order-level discount code unless expressly stated otherwise.
• A referral is considered successful only after the referred order has been paid, fulfilled and has passed Groundly’s applicable 30-day returns period without being cancelled, refunded or charged back.
• For each confirmed successful referral, Groundly will fund the planting of one tree through Ecologi. Tree planting supports Ecologi’s global reforestation projects; individual trees are not assigned, owned or physically labelled in the referrer’s name.
• Cancelled, refunded, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible orders do not qualify for tree funding.
• Referral links and discounts are intended for genuine personal recommendations. Groundly may reject referrals involving misuse, duplicate accounts, misleading promotion, paid advertising or other attempts to circumvent the programme rules.
• Referral discounts have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Groundly may amend, pause or end the referral programme where reasonably necessary. Referrals already confirmed before any change will still be honoured.
• Participation in the referral programme is also subject to Groundly’s Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and Returns Policy.
